CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order before it’s dispatched, but please note that we cannot guarantee we can make changes. To have the best chance of updating your order, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Keep in mind that factors like weekends, public holidays, and busy sales periods may cause delays that prevent us from making amendments in time.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order hasn't been picked or packed yet, you can request a cancellation. In this case, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item(s) you wish to cancel. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to email our team at admin@cocobabyroyale.com

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION

In most cases, the issue is likely due to an incorrect email address or the email being sent to your spam folder. Please double-check this, and if the issue persists, email us at admin@cocobabyroyale.com with your name and order number. Our team will promptly correct the issue to ensure you receive all tracking updates

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

For domestic orders, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that the actual shipping timeframe will depend on the postal company, but generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 2-4 business days for express.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re actively working on expanding our services to include global delivery in the future. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to stay tuned for updates!

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?

Yes, all of our organic products are 100% GOTS certified. We take great pride in offering high-quality, organic items that meet the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) for sustainability and safety.

Products that are organic will be clearly indicated in their descriptions, so you can easily identify them while shopping. If you're looking for organic options, simply look for the label in the product details!

At Cocobaby Royale, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help if anything goes wrong with your order!
